Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 14: Steven Jackson turning season around

Steven Jackson had a nice game on Sunday against the Bills and his fantasy value is back to life.

It has been an ugly season for the Atlanta Falcons. They entered Week 13 on a five-game losing streak -- including a loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Their offense has been a shell of itself, but that changed in Week 13's game against the Bills.

Running back Steven Jackson scored his second and third rushing TD on the season in the 34-31 win, finishing with 84 rushing yards on 23 carries. Jackson had a 27-yard run in the game, which was just the second time he's gone over 20 yards on a rush all year.

The Falcons get another favorable matchup this week against the Green Bay Packers. The Pack rank just 25th in yards per carry allowed, have allowed the ninth-most rushing TDs and are 26th in rushing yards against. They've also been giving up loads of points, with 40 points to the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving and 26 to the lowly Minnesota Vikings in Week 12.

Fantasy impact: If you drafted Steven Jackson, you've basically been waiting for a chance to use him and it won't get much better than this. He's a decent RB2 in most formats, but we wouldn't consider him a must-start option at all.
