Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 11: Fred Jackson

Fred Jackson is a questionable play on Sunday. Should fantasy owners give him a look even at less than 100 percent?

Buffalo Bills running back Fred Jackson is not 100 percent. He suffered a major groin issue back in Week 7 and missed just one game thanks to a Week 9 bye.

In his return last week, he accounted for only 10 rushing yards while adding four catches for 39 yards against a stout Kansas City Chiefs run defense. He's clearly not 100 percent, but the good news is that he's practicing this week on a limited basis. He's been a tough customer throughout the season, and he should get more touches this week.

Still, it's not setting up nicely for him this week against the Miami Dolphins on Thursday. The Dolphins are the 15th-toughest matchup for fantasy running backs and have allowed just one score to backs since Week 4.

Fantasy impact: Obviously, Jackson should be owned everywhere, but he's more of a desperation flex this week in standard leagues. Owners in PPR formats can consider him a RB20-24.
