Reggie Bush injury update: Lions RB questionable; fantasy value low

Reggie Bush is questionable for Sunday with an ankle injury. We break down the fantasy implications.

Detroit Lions running back Reggie Bush is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals. Bush is dealing with an ankle injury that's been bothering him for some time. He played in Week 10 against the Miami Dolphins, but tweaked the injury and missed practice throughout the week.

Bush has missed two games this season, an Oct. 12 game against the Minnesota Vikings and an Oct. 26 game against the Atlanta Falcons. He seems like a safe bet to miss Sunday's game against Arizona on top of that. He hasn't done much when he does play, with 53 carries for 191 yards and a touchdown on the ground, and just 169 yards receiving.

Fantasy Impact: It's probably time to just cut bait with Bush for fantasy owners. Detroit ranks 31st in the NFL with 77.8 rushing yards per game on average, and ninth in passing yardage. Joique Bell has occasionally ran the ball well, and Theo Riddick has been a solid option in the passing game but at this point, fantasy owners should be avoiding the Lions for their running back needs.
