Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 9: Nick Foles

Nick Foles has been on a roller coaster ride all season. What version will fantasy owners get on Sunday?

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Nick Foles started out on fire this season. He had three 300-yard games to kick off the year and everything looked to be going his way. His next three-game stretch was very disappointing with no games of more than 250 passing yards, including a massive dud against the San Francisco 49ers. He did turn it around in Week 8 with a 411-yard, two-score game against the Arizona Cardinals, so there's no reason to put much stock into that aforementioned slump.

This week, he'll have to deal with the pass rush of the Houston Texans. They haven't had too many tough matchups, so the fact that they were the 17th-toughest matchup for fantasy quarterbacks should almost be a positive. In fact, they only allowed 300 passing yards in just two games.

Fantasy impact: Foles should be ready to go for the Texans on Sunday. He's a solid QB1 and the Eagles don't have their offensive line all the way back, so it should be a pass-heavy attack.
