Houston Texans running back Arian Foster is officially listed as questionable for Week 12 against the Cincinnati Bengals. Foster has a groin injury that forced him out of Houston's Week 11 game against the Cleveland Browns. The injury also had him limited in practice, and forced him out of both Thursday and Friday's sessions.
The Texans maintain that Foster is a game-time decision and the questionable designation suggests he's got a 50 percent chance either way, but it would be a big surprise if he suits up after missing consecutive practice sessions. Foster has been one of the best backs in the league this season, coming in third in rushing yardage with 822, behind only DeMarco Murray and Le'Veon Bell. His presence will definitely be missed if he can't play.
Fantasy Impact: That said, the Texans appear to be in good hands. Rookie Alfred Blue needed 36 carries to do it, but he put up 156 yards against a tough Browns team in Week 11, helping Houston to a big win. Blue will once again be the starter and even if Foster plays, Blue should get plenty of touches to keep him from a full workload. He's worth a start.
