Fantasy football waiver wire, Week 13: John Brown is a must-add with Larry Fitzgerald injured

John Brown continues to develop chemistry with his quarterback, and Larry Fitzgerald could be sideline for weeks. We take a look Brown's fantasy value moving forward.

With Carson Palmer out for the season and Larry Fitzgerald sidelined with a sprained MCL, it was up to Drew Stanton and John Brown to overcome the Seattle Seahawks. The Seahawks came away with the victory and the Arizona Cardinals fell short offensively across the board. However, Brown and Stanton continued to prove that they have a connection. Brown finished with three receptions for 61 yards. While far from impressive, Brown led the Cardinals in receiving yards. He would have added 23 yards to his day if it weren't for a holding call.

It's not looking good for Fitzgerald. He's highly unlikely to suit up in Week 13, and MCL sprains can take weeks of recovery. In the meantime, there's enough to suggest that Brown will take a bigger role. Seattle was simply dominant on defense at home. Brown has a much more appealing matchup against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 13.

Fantasy impact: Whether you own Fitzgerald or not, Brown should be scooped up in all formats. Stanton and Brown already have chemistry from the offseason and from Stanton's handful of starts earlier in the season. At the very least, Brown is a fantastic streamer for Week 13, but he has plenty of upside for the remainder of the season.

Brown should be considered a WR3 with potential for big games on any given week, especially with Fitzgerald sidelined.
