Percy Harvin limited in practice, should be ready to go for fantasy owners

The dynamic receiver had his heel stepped on by a teammate at practice. We break down the fantasy implications.

New York Jets wide receiver Percy Harvin (heel) was limited at practice on Wednesday after being stepped on, according to Rotoworld.com. Harvin had 11 catches for 129 yards against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 9.

Fantasy Impact: Harvin should be ready to start against the Steelers in Week 10 as the injury is considered minor. That's good news for his fantasy owners, who must have been ecstatic to finally see him put together a breakthrough performance in his second game as a member of the Jets.

Harivin's 100-yard-plus performance last week marked the first time in two years he's eclipsed that number. Considering the Jets' unstable quarterbacking situation and the fact the Seattle Seahawks severely under-utilized him during his short tenure with the team, it looks like he's now back to fantasy relevance for good.

Fantasy owners should definitely start him in leagues that reward receptions and kick returns, but even otherwise he's still a decent flex option in deep leagues.
