As expected, Tony Romo has been given the green light to suit up in London and is active for Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Romo had already practiced for two days without needing treatment. The Dallas Cowboys need Romo after Brandon Weeden struggled in a Week 9 loss to the Arizona Cardinals. Expect the Cowboys to get Romo in a position to establish the passing game. However, it's likely that the running game will be relied on more often as Romo looks to give his injured back a test drive against one of the worst teams in the NFL.

Fantasy impact: Romo wouldn't be playing if he couldn't connect with his receivers. Fantasy owners should expect at least one or two scores through the air. Still, it's easier to believe Romo will serve as more of a game manager against the Jaguars, which could dilute his stat line a bit Sunday. Against the Jaguars, Romo would typically be a must-start QB1. Considering his shaky health, he's a low-end QB1 that fantasy owners will need to weigh against other options if they have them.
