New Orleans Saints running back Mark Ingram is active to face the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday. He was listed as questionable with a shoulder injury and was limited in practice this week. The Saints will be without running backs Pierre Thomas due to a shoulder issue and Khiry Robinson for a forearm issue. Both backs have been out for multiple weeks and do not have a timetable to return.

Ingram is coming into this week with the most momentum any Saints running back has had in a while. In fact, he's the first Saints running back since Deuce McAllister in 2003 to have back-to-back performances of 100 rushing yards. That might not happen this week against the 49ers. They have been the 11th-toughest matchup for fantasy running backs on the season. Although, they have been worse on the road, so this certainly isn't a negative matchup. Plus, the Saints are a much better team at home.

Fantasy impact: The Saints are probably going to score more than 24 points today, which means Ingram should have a chance for a TD. He's a solid RB2 this week.
