Donte Moncrief will be active Week 8 for the Colts, fantasy outlook looking positive

Wide receiver Donte Moncrief will be active Week 8 for the for the Indianapolis Colts after missing the last 5 games with a shoulder injury. With Moncrief returning against the Kansas City Chiefs, the Indianapolis Colts will have yet another offensive weapon for Andrew Luck. Donte Moncrief will be a welcome addition to the Colts’ offense given the struggles of the offensive line and defense for the Colts. Moncrief will take some of the pressure off of Luck and T.Y. Hilton in the passing game.

Fantasy Projections: Fantasy owners will be pleased with the return of Donte Moncrief. After missing significant time, expect him to be eased back into the fold for the Indianapolis Colts. Going forward, Moncrief should be a solid WR2 or Flex option for season-long owners who have kept him on their bench. He will also be a great waiver wire option for owners looking for depth or long term options at WR.
