Miami Dolphins wide receiver DeVante Parker is making some noise on the fantasy scene. He leads the team in receiving yards with 161 and only trails top receiver Jarvis Landry in targets and catches by seven in each category. In Week 3, Parker caught eight of 10 passes for 76 yards and a touchdown.
The Dolphins head to New Orleans Sunday to face the second-worst passing defense in the league. The Saints secondary is giving up an average of 9.4 yards per carry. They were able to shut down the Carolina Panthers last week, but that was an anomaly. Carolina has no receiving threats and Cam Newton is playing terribly. Jay Cutler is much better and the Dolphins will throw a lot this week to keep pace with Drew Brees and the high-scoring Saints offense.
Fantasy impact: Parker and Landry are going to have a field day against the Saints, especially if they are playing from behind. Most of Parker’s yards and his only touchdown last week came in garbage time. This week Parker should have another big game against a terrible Saints secondary.
