Winning isn’t always pretty, but if you’ve got Leonard Fournette, all you care about is he keeps producing.
The fourth-overall pick in this year’s NFL Draft, Fournette is averaging a mere 3.5 yards per carry through his first three games, though much of that is due to the Jacksonville Jaguars having a putrid offensive line.
It also doesn’t help that the Jaguars’ enigmatic passing game has defenses often loading up the box to stop Fournette, who has still managed to reach the end zone in all three of his games while averaging 81.7 total yards per game.
Look for that to continue against the New York Jets in Week 4.
Fantasy Impact: Fournette is set to face a Jets defense that’s tied for the third-most rushing scores allowed this season. Even though Jacksonville, a hot-weather team, is on the road facing a Northeastern team, keep Fournette in your starting lineup this Sunday.
