Like last week, we have four teams on byes in Week 6. This week, we have the Seattle Seahawks, Dallas Cowboys, Cincinnati Bengals, and Buffalo Bills. All four teams will impact fantasy football lineups this week.
Seattle goes in to its bye week on a two-game win streak, and the Seahawks are coming off a tough 16-10 win over the Rams on Sunday. Russell Wilson finished the game 24 of 37 for 198 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. Seattle’s run game struggled to get anything going after Chris Carson went down with a leg/ankle injury that will likely see him miss the remainder of the season. The Seattle backfield had just 62 yards on 25 carries, with Wilson accounting for 16 yards and five rushes. Really the only fantasy-relevant player from the Seattle side of things was Blair Walsh, who converted one extra point and field goals of 48, 29, and 35 yards. Jimmy Graham had six catches for 37 yards and a touchdown. No other Seahawks receiver had more than 37 yards.
Next up is Dallas, who is coming off yet another late-game loss, 35-31, to Aaron Rodgers and the Packers. Dak Prescott finished 25 of 36 through the air with 251 yards, three scores, and a pick. Ezekiel Elliott added 116 yards on the ground, with Cole Beasley catching a pair of touchdown passes, Dez Bryant with 52 yards on five catches and a touchdown and Jason Witten with eight receptions for 61 yards.
Cincinnati is also on a bye this week after winning back-to-back games over Cleveland and Buffalo on Sunday. The run game was nearly non-existent — though Joe Mixon did reach the end zone — but Andy Dalton racked up 328 yards on 22 of 36 passing to go along with two interceptions and a touchdown, which came on a 77-yard pass to A.J. Green. Green finished the day with 189 yards on seven catches.
On the flip side, the last team with a bye this week is the Bills, who didn’t muster up much offensively against the Bengals. Tyron Taylor went 20 for 37 with 166 yards, a touchdown, and a pick. LeSean McCoy had 63 yards on the ground and tight end Nick O’Leary was the team’s leading receiver.
Here are all the fantasy-relevant players with a bye week in Week 6.
