The Indianapolis Colts will announce their Week 7 inactives shortly, and rookie running back Leonard Fournette will be among them. Fournette was listed as questionable this week with an ankle injury. He missed all three practices this week, but hoped he would be fine in pregame warmups. He is not, as Adam Schefter is reporting he will officially be inactive. Chris Ivory will start in his place against the Indianapolis Colts.
Fantasy impact: This news makes Ivory a must-start in most leagues. The Jaguars are facing a Colts defense that is giving up the fourth most fantasy points per game to running backs. Ivory has not had double digits in a game this year, but that will change this week.
The Jaguars have relied heavily on Leonard Fournette this season. Given Blake Bortles’ struggles, Ivory will step right in to a heavy workload that makes him a strong fantasy start in Week 7.
