Fantasy football start/sit, Week 5: What to do with Delanie Walker

The Titans safety valve may be without his quarterback in Week 5. We break down the fantasy implications.

Tennessee Titans tight end Delanie Walker faces off against a soft Miami Dolphins defense in Week 5. He may not have his starting quarterback throwing him the ball however.

Walker has 11 catches over the last three games. He has yet to find the end zone this season.

Fantasy impact: Though Marcus Mariota is considered questionable for Sunday’s game, he feels optimistic about playing. That helps Walker’s cause a bit. Overall it’s been a decent season for him personally, but the Titans have struggled to score as a team.

That’s why the lack of touchdowns from Walker can’t be put all on him. If anything he’s a big red zone target and should get his scores in throughout the remaining 12 games of the season.

Since it sounds as though Mariota will start on Sunday, Walker should be in your lineup too. Just hope that he can find himself six points to help boost your team’s score a little bit.
