After firing an impressive 7-under-par 63 for his opening round of the 2012 Greenbrier Classic, PGA Tour veteran Vijay Singh in your first-round leader in the clubhouse.
Singh was on fire during his back nine, recording six birdies -- including each of his final four holes of the day -- to record a 30 heading into the clubhouse. His round was also complemented by a birdie on Greenbrier's opening hole and yet another on No. 7. An unsightly bogey on No. 4 would be the only blemish on Singh's round.
Meanwhile, FedEx Cup point-leader Tiger Woods continued to struggle in his opening round and finished the round at 1-over par. Playing partner and U.S. Open champ Webb Simpson finished the round at 5-under par, two shots back of Singh.
