Former World's No. 1 golfer Vigay Singh is alone at the top of the leaderboard at 13-under par after the second round of the BMW Championship at Crooked Stick Golf Club in Carmel, IN. Singh sits just one stroke ahead of the trio of Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy and Ryan Moore, who all sit at 12-under par following the end of play Friday.
Singh has turned back the clock this weekend, birdieing the first three holes of his round on the way to a 6-under 66 on the day. Singh totaled seven birdies on the day, with a bogey at No. 4 as the only blemish on his round.
Woods shot a bogey free five-under par 67 on the night, finishing his round with birdies on Nos. 17 and 18. Woods is in contention for the second week in a row after finishing just two strokes behind McIlroy at the Deutsche Bank Championship last week.
McIlroy started the round tied for the lead with three other people at 8-under par, but had an up and down day and finished his second round with a 4-under par 68. Rory's round included six birdies, four bogeys, and an eagle at the par-5 ninth.
