The 2013 Northwestern Mutual World Challenge will begin Thursday with 16 of the best golfers in the world. Tiger Woods is hosting the tournament at Sherwood Country Club in Thousand Oaks, Calif. The fact that he is paired up with Matt Kuchar could ensure that silly times will be had. Joining the field are Rory McIlroy, Graeme McDowell, Steve Stricker, Bubba Watson, Jason Dufner, Keegan Bradley and more.
Those looking to catch the action on TV can tune into the Golf Channel from 3-6 p.m. ET on Thursday and Friday. For the final two rounds of the tournament, the Golf Channel will host live coverage from 1-3 p.m. before handing off to NBC from 3-6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
Those stuck to their laptops or mobile devices can try Golf Live Extra, assuming they have a qualifying cable provider. Coverage will be shown online from 3-6 p.m. ET on Thursday and Friday, and from 1-6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
