Earlier this week, James Hahn, emulating Bubba Watson at the 2012 Ryder Cup, asked the stadium crowd at No. 16 at TPC Scottsdale to continue cheering through his tee shot. On Sunday he continued to embrace the non-traditional atmosphere at the par-3 16th, when he broke out into a lengthy Gangnam Style dance after draining a birdie putt.
The rowdy crowd at No. 16 comes as close to creating the same atmosphere at "cooler" sports such as football and basketball. It's funny that Hahn got so caught up in the dance that he forgot to get his ball out of the cup, but I'm not sure defaulting to that dance is still considered cool at all.
