PGA Tour pro takes a penalty for hitting his ball into the top of a palm tree

This one wasn't coming back down.

There are many different ways to get in trouble at TPC Sawgrass, where hazards loom on every hole. But getting stuck in the top of a palm tree is not a popular one.

Byeong-Hun An got a little too cute with his approach shot into the 6th green, cutting it too close to a palm tree that comes out in front of the green. An put his shot directly into the tree, which grabbed it for good and forced him to take an unplayable lie because, well, it was at the very top of a tree.

An nearly holed out the following chip shot to make an all-world par, but had to settle for a bogey.
