Sometimes, we bend the rules of what we mean when we say #FatGuyTouchdown. A linebacker or a defensive end picks off a pass or scoops a fumble and runs to the end, and because they are not running backs or wide receiver, we hit them with the #FatGuyTouchdown mantle, even though they're hyper-athletic and everything.
To kick off Monday Night Football, we got a legitimate #FatGuyTouchdown -- and better yet, it was a honest-to-goodness receiving touchdown, not just a lucky bounce.
That's 6'5, 340-pound Donald Penn catching the 1-yard throw from Mike Glennon on a tackle eligible play ... and then showing that fat men can dunk, too. He is their starting left tackle.
