Dodger Stadium now serves beer with frozen foam

No more warm beer?

FoodBeast has a detailed review of a new Dodgers Stadium concession item geared toward solving a fundamental issue of baseball spectating: Fans often want to drink cold beer during baseball games, but baseball games are often quite hot, especially in Los Angeles. Luckily, Japanese beer-maker Kirin has come up with frozen foam that sits atop the beer and attacks as a sort of insulating lid:

I agree with the FoodBeast folks that a beer slushie would more directly solve the warm beer dilemma, but this is a step in the right direction.
