Remember when Jason Kidd made a failed power play within the Nets organization and had to leave to become coach of the Bucks? It turns out Nets owner Mikhail Prokhorov was deeply hurt by Kidd's decision to -- wait, it turns out Prok couldn't give an eighth of a crap:
Mikhail Prokhorov on Jason Kidd: "There is an old English proverb. Don't let the door hit you where the good lord split you."— devin kharpertian (@uuords) November 4, 2014
COLD. COLD. COLD AS HELL. Not to mention, dude's explaining English proverbs to people whose native language is actually English. Strong stuff from the Russian oligarch.
It's better in Prokhorov's voice:
Prokhorov on Jason Kidd: "We shouldn't get mad, we should get even."— Anthony Puccio (@APooch) November 4, 2014
Mikhail Prokhorov's thoughts on the reported $144 million the Nets lost last season: "It's no big deal."— Darnell Mayberry (@DarnellMayberry) November 4, 2014
Prokhorov on having to get married if Nets don't win title this year: "We have lost George Clooney ... I think that's enough for this year."— Tim Bontemps (@TimBontemps) November 4, 2014
NEVER CHANGE, MIKHAIL. NEVER CHANGE.
