CBS interviewed St. Joseph's coach Phil Martelli's 4-year-old grandkid and AWWWWWWWWW

HE DOESN'T UNDERSTAND THE QUESTIONS! OR HOW TO HOLD A MICROPHONE! DEAR GOODNESS THIS IS CUTE

St. Joe's coach Phil Martelli has a 4-year-old grandson who likes to come to the games. We found out this adorable development the other day.

However, during Thursday night's first (second, but who cares) round game against UConn, CBS had the brilliant idea to interview the tiny Martelli, and THE UNIVERSE EXPLODED BECAUSE IT WAS THE CUTEST THING EVER TO HAPPEN TO ANYBODY EVER IN THE HISTORY OF MANKIND.

"Sometimes you like to imitate your granddad, but sometimes, you like to imitate the Hawk. Which one are you now?"

"Ian Martelli!"

THAT'S NOT EITHER OF THE OPTIONS! HOLY CRAP YOU'RE SO CUTE! YOU COMPLETELY MISUNDERSTOOD THE QUESTION, AND IT'S ADORABLE, BECAUSE YOU'RE FOUR YEARS OLD.

Here he is imitating the hawk:

We don't want to endanger the competitive nature of the NCAA Tournament, but we would be totally in favor of mini Martelli coaching/conducting all interviews in place of his significantly less cute grandpa from here on out.
