There is nothing not to like here. Venison is an absolute delight when prepared right, and pairing that with ground bacon is genius beyond words. Seriously, why did it take this long to put ground bacon in meats? It's not like the textural quality of bacon is so canonical that we can't mess with it, and it's bound to make everything it touches amazing.
