This looks like a first grader’s bowling alley birthday party. pic.twitter.com/EZSwDW801D— Ryan Nanni (@celebrityhottub) October 24, 2015
Bowling alley birthday parties were the best. Well, second-best next to video game arcade parties. The bumpers made you feel like a superstar, and you ALWAYS ended up grabbing a ball that was at least 3 pounds too heavy -- because you didn't want to be the kid with the light ball.
When you made a strike you felt like you bowled 300. That TV with the diagonal purple stripe from being magnetized would play a short clip of the pins as cartoon characters falling down. Your fake name would flash on the screen. Perhaps it was "POO," that's what mine always was.
Auburn, Arkansas: Thank you for making me feel nostalgic again. Ice cream cake remains the greatest.
