On a day of mourning and uncertainty when a match in Germany was cancelled following a bomb threat, an England vs. France match at London's Wembley Stadium began with a moving tribute to the 129 victims of the terror attacks in Paris four days ago.

As players took the field, fans on one side of the stadium formed a French flag with blue, white and red placards.

Players from both teams and many fans joined in singing "La Marseillaise."

Afterward, players from the two teams joined arms in a single line, alternating French and English players.

The players then formed a circle in the center of the field for a moment of silence.
