It seems Warriors owner Joe Lacob got some alone time with the Larry O'Brien trophy after Golden State won in June, and -- well, I am not going to say that he had relations with it, but he raised the possibility.
"I had made a promise to myself [that] I would sleep with the trophy that night," Lacob told Haute Living of that warm June evening. "Nicole [Curran, his fiancée] and I did sleep with it."
They slept with it! Does that mean that they left it at the foot of their bed like a stiff golden pug? That Lacob spent all night cradling it in his arms? Or ... something more nefarious? C'mon, Lacob, throw us a bone.
"I’ll leave it to the imagination," Lacob continued. "We had a lot of fun with it."
Hmmmm. A lot of fun.
Big question is: did they wear gloves?
