This Mets 1-3-1 putout was so good it should have counted for more than one out

The Mets are doing circus plays now for fun.

When it rains, it pours, and that's in the best way possible for the Mets this season. Tonight, the Mets completed arguably the craziest play you'll see all year. When the batter hits a dinger right back to the pitcher, the pitcher isn't supposed to successfully kick it, but that's what happened here. Mets' pitcher Carlos Torres kicks this ball back to the first baseman, who then tosses it back to the pitcher, who is in a full sprint to get the out. Don't believe me? Just watch.

We won't judge if you continue to watch this on a loop forever.
