The NFL changed the wording of the rule that killed the Cowboys' season last year, removing the words "football move" from the official language. They still can't get it right, though.
Tyler Eifert got both feet down, was in total control of the football, and dove into the end zone.

The ball is well into the end zone when the defender accidentally kicks it out of his hands. Clearly this defender should be rewarded for his wild and pointless flailing, though.
The rule is different now, but it's still stupid and wrong.
