Blake Griffin accidentally set a pick by throwing a shoe and hitting a defender in the face

Who throws a shoe, honestly?

We know that the Clippers are probably frustrated after what happened during their last preseason game against the Golden State Warriors. That 120-75 loss was pretty bad and Los Angeles was down even worse throughout much of the game. It’s a loss that probably hurts, even though wins and losses don’t count yet.

But throwing a shoe at someone is no way to vent your frustration, Blake Griffin, although it is pretty effective at stopping defenses. Getting hit by a rogue shoe during a game was probably the last thing Cory Joseph expected.

We wouldn’t advise Blake to keep playing this type of offense though. We wouldn’t even recommend playing defense against a shoe.

You do have to give props to Jamal Crawford for playing with only one shoe.
