The Denver Broncos are Super Bowl champions for the first time in 17 years. While that is hardly the longest drought in the NFL, it's still a long time, and there have been a lot of close calls and frustrating missed chances during that span. Right now, that's all forgotten and Broncos fans celebrated the third championship in team history in style.
No single venue could contain all of the excitement, so instead Broncos fans just flooded the streets. Denver police closed down several streets for multiple hours to allow the fans to safely celebrate. Oh, and celebrate they did.
Despite seemingly thousands of people in the streets celebrating, Denver Police said there were no major injuries and they only made 12 arrests. Overall it was a great, fun and safe celebration. There was this one guy though ...
