Oregon versus St. Joe's means that there's an intense basketball game going on, but there's a smaller battle taking place in the arena, which as important if not more than the game. MASCOTS!
St. Joe's Hawk has to keep flapping its wings no matter what. It doesn't matter what is going on, that bird has to keep flapping. It seems pretty taxing to do this throughout an entire basketball game, and even more so when you're doing it alone.
But Puddles, Oregon's lovable jerk of a mascot decided to join in. Flapping is easy for Puddles to do. It can stop whenever it wants! The poor hawk has to keep going.
