The Minnesota Wild made Game 6 all about Prince

Before they started Game 6, the Minnesota Wild paid incredible tribute to their beloved hometown legend Prince, who died on Thursday at the age of 57. They began by making his symbol in the stands using shirts and writing his name made out of pucks. Then they treated fans to a pregame video tribute set to "Purple Rain."

NBC didn't show that part (presumably for copyright reasons), but national audiences did get to see the moment of silence they held before the puck drop.

As for what the arena will play when the Wild score? "Let's Go Crazy."

It took until the third period, but the Wild finally lit the lamp as Prince got the crowd jumping.
