The ending to Game 5 of the World Series was a blur inside a game that was a fever dream. It felt that way to those of us watching, and it happened to Carlos Correa. The Astros shortstop was the ultimate hype man during Alex Bregman’s walk-off:

Can you really blame him? The way this game went, it was, like, five hours of non-stop excitement, and I was sitting on the couch. I can’t even imagine what it must have been like to be involved in that game.
