Senior Wisconsin basketball walk-on Aaron Moesch found out he was going to be on scholarship this season in the best way ever. Ahead of the team’s trip to Australia, head coach Greg Gard had players practice their accents. Players were each given a card to read and say into the camera. Moesch was given similar cards to his teammates ... until the last one.

The moments he realized what was happening were so heartwarming. He thought for a quick second, and was then showered with cheers.
Great start to our team's trip of a lifetime! Thank you everyone for the kind words, and to @CoachGregGard for the opportunity! https://t.co/1JtKZ6ZcOB

This was an awesome move from the Wisconsin basketball staff, and this should go a long way for the UW business finance major, who has been named an Academic All-Big Ten honoree the past two seasons. In his fifth year with the team, Moesch finally gets a season on scholarship.
The Badgers are set for a five-game trip to Australia, which starts on Tuesday.
Today's the day...#BadgersDownUnder begins.
