Mike Moustakas added to the Kansas City Royals' lead in Game 6 of the American League Championship Series with a home run to right field against Toronto Blue Jays pitcher David Price, giving Kansas City a 2-0 lead. But even though the home run was caught by a fan who reached over the railing, the play was upheld after replay review.
The ball could have been ruled a double had the fan been ruled to have reached over the wall to catch a ball within the field of play.

Shades of Jeffrey Maier at Yankee Stadium against the Orioles in the 1996 ALCS.
