First Kick 2013: MLS announces home openers for all 19 teams

Toronto FC will open season inside at Rogers Centre, while Sounders will open at home for the fifth straight year.

Toronto FC will open their 2013 home campaign under the dome of Rogers Centre on March 9, probably the biggest surprise of Tuesday's MLS First Kick announcement. With MLS starting its season on March 2, the earliest it has ever done so, it appears some teams are taking extra precautions to stay out of the snow.

Also somewhat of note is that the Seattle Sounders will open at home for a fifth straight year. The Sounders have opened all of their MLS seasons at home, going 3-1-0 in their previous four attempts.
