UFC 214: Start time, TV schedule for Cormier vs. Jones 2

The biggest UFC card of the year features three title fights and here’s how you can watch it online and on TV.

UFC 214: Cormier vs. Jones 2 is the biggest MMA card of the year, with three championships on the line and the promotional debut of Cristiane “Cyborg” Justino, who is fighting for one of them. Jon Jones will try and take the light heavyweight belt from Daniel Cormier in the main event, while Tyron Woodley will defend the welterweight title against Demian Maia in the co-main.

Cyborg will take on Tonya Evinger for the vacant women’s featherweight title after it was stripped from Germaine de Randamie, who refused to fight Cyborg due to her past issues with failing doping tests.

Saturday’s pay-per-view main card begins at 10 p.m. ET, with prelims starting on UFC Fight Pass at 6:30 p.m. Televised prelims will take place on FXX beginning at 8 p.m. Live streaming can be found via browser and the UFC app, UFC.TV, the UFC YouTube channel and UFC Fight Pass.

Cormier lost a unanimous decision to Jones in January 2015, but won the vacant light heavyweight championship when Jones was stripped of the title for several issues unrelated to the sport. From there, Cormier defended it three times, beating Alexander Gustafsson, Anderson Silva and Anthony Johnson.

Jones has only had one fight since the win over Cormier, a unanimous decision victory over Ovince Saint Preux in April 2016. He’s been out of the octagon for awhile, but many believe he still has what it takes to beat Cormier.

Woodley won the welterweight title with a win over Robbie Lawler in July 2016, and defended it twice in razor-thin decisions against Stephen Thompson. The first was a majority draw, while the second was a majority win for Woodley. Maia has won seven consecutive fights in the octagon to earn his shot at the title.

This will be Cyborg’s third fight in the UFC, the first two being TKO wins last year. Evinger, the former Invicta FC bantamweight champion, is making her UFC debut for Saturday’s title fight.

The main card will open with a light heavyweight bout between top contenders Jimi Manuwa and Volkan Oezdemir, and a welterweight contest between two of the most entertaining fighters in the sport, Robbie Lawler and Donald Cerrone.

Below is all you need to know to watch Saturday’s card as well as the full list of preliminary and main card bouts.
