2015 NASCAR at Kentucky Speedway race day weather forecast

Rain has been an issue for NASCAR the last couple of weeks. Will it be an issue for Saturday night's Sprint Cup race

Rain has been a problem for NASCAR at Kentucky Speedway since Wednesday when a scheduled testing for a new rules package was washed out. Additional practices on Thursday and Friday morning were both scrapped due to weather. On Friday, NASCAR decided to abandon Sprint Cup qualifying that afternoon for additional practice. While the truck and Xfinity series races have gone on without problems. Qualifying and practice have not been as successful.

At least there is good news for Saturday's Sprint Cup race at Kentucky Speedway. After days of rain and storms, the weather will be dry for Saturday night.
