Early June is one of the worst times for an NBA draft prospect to suffer an injury, but luckily for Connecticut's Jeremy Lamb, it doesn't appear that the ankle injury he suffered during a Thursday workout with the Toronto Raptors is serious.
Lamb limped off the court two minutes into his session with the Raptors, but Sports Illustrated's Sam Amick reports that Lamb will be OK:
UConn guard Jeremy Lamb turned an ankle at his Toronto workout today that was cut short as a result, but I'm told it's not serious.

Draft Express' Jonathan Givony confirmed that the injury wasn't that big a deal, but did add that Lamb had to cancel an upcoming workout with the Portland Trail Blazers and may have to do the same for future workouts with the Suns and Cavaliers. Lamb is projected to be selected by the Suns with the No. 13 pick in Amick's latest NBA mock draft.
