LeBron James, the reigning king of Akron, Ohio, apparently took issue with a claim to a nearby crown made by Cleveland Cavaliers guard Daniel Gibson. At a Friday night party, Gibson pronounced himself king of Cleveland, leading James to fire Twitter subliminals at Gibson and all kings of anything anywhere that don't have anything to do with James' or his Akron throne.
↵(LeBron James is 26 years old. He's four years away from 30. He was last a teenager seven years ago. Also, both Akron and Cleveland have mayors.)
↵Gibson responded even more subliminally, leading one to wonder if this was really how Henry VIII ran things. They've apparently re-established the truces between their kingdoms, which were last damaged when James supposedly oh God I can't type about this any more.
↵Who's the king of Miami, anyway? I mean, we all know it's Uncle Luke, but is James OK with that?
