A fight broke out during the game between the Boston Celtics and Brooklyn Nets on Wednesday night, leading to the ejections of Rajon Rondo, Kris Humphries and Gerald Wallace. For Rondo, his early ejection snaps his streak of games with at least 10 assists at 37.
Here's a video of the fight, via SI's Ben Golliver:
As you can see, Rondo did not react kindly to a hard foul -- "hard foul" -- that Humphries made on Kevin Garnett.
Rondo started pushing Humphries, and their feud carried both teams into the Boston crowd on the baseline.
Wallace got involved in the scuffle between Rondo and Humphries, and all three players received two technical fouls and were ejected from the game. Garnett also received a technical.
The game was delayed for several minutes while the referees sorted out the mess.
Rondo finished with just three assists, ending his streak. At the time of the ejections, Brooklyn held a 51-35 lead.
