Duncan re-injured the knee on a play where multiple players crashed into him. He went down to the floor and was clutching the knee before being helped off. Duncan is now walking under his own power in the locker room.

It is unclear if he will return for the Spurs tonight or spend the second half on the bench, although it seems unlikely as of now considering his history with knee problems.

In 42 games this season, the 15-year veteran is averaging 17.5 points and 9.8 rebounds. Duncan had eight points, five rebounds and two assists at the time of his injury. The Spurs are up by 25 points on Washington early in the third quarter.
