The New York Knicks went from having no draft picks to having two, and they used their second on Thanasis Antetokounmpo, a small forward from Athens, Greece.
Antetokounmpo most recently played for the Delaware 87ers from the NBA Development League and is expected to be a solid defender with a seven-foot wingspan. He is not a polished offensive player, so he needs to develop there, but at just 21 years old, he has plenty of time.
The Knicks also selected Cleanthony Early in the second round with the 34th pick.
