That is a fairly tame push that somehow turned into Trevor Booker throwing a punch/slap at Roy Hibbert's face. Surprised? So was Hibbert.

Hibbert was given a technical, for apparently getting his face in the way of Booker's hand. Booker was given two techs and ejected from the game. NBA preseason is serious business.
