The Rockets struggled badly for the first three quarters against the Portland Trail Blazers on Wednesday night, but a 38-23 advantage in the fourth quarter put the team in position to force overtime thanks to a ridiculous last second heave by Corey Brewer.
Portland tried to foul James Harden up three, but he threw a wild crosscourt pass that somehow found Brewer. Brewer hit the shot with under one second left to force an extra session, 99-99.
The Rockets won in overtime, 108-103. Harden finished with 45 points, 11 assists and eight rebounds.
