LeBron James is one step away from delivering on his promise to those ring-starved fans in Cleveland.
James scored 23 points and J.R. Smith added 18 points off the bench as the Cavaliers routed the Atlanta Hawks 118-88 to complete the series sweep and secure a spot in the NBA Finals against the Golden State Warriors. You can celebrate the win and show off your team pride by getting this The Future Is Now T-shirt:
Cleveland is making its second finals appearance and first since 2007, when it was swept by the San Antonio Spurs. The Cavs have never won an NBA title in their 45 seasons, and the city hasn't even celebrated a title in any sport since the Browns won the NFL championship in 1964.
In order to end that drought they'll have to beat a Warriors team that finished the regular season with a league-best 67 wins. We'll have to wait to see if LeBron and company can give Cleveland its first championship in more than 50 years, but before that be sure to check out the full SB Nation sports shop for all of your Eastern Conference Championship gear.
