The New York Knicks swung for the fences with the No. 4 pick in the NBA Draft on Thursday. After Karl-Anthony Towns, D'Angelo Russell and Jahlil Okafor went off the board, Phil Jackson took Latvian big man Kristaps Porzingis. The Knicks fans in attendance at the Barclays Center in New York gave him a New York welcome. And by that we mean they booed him mercilessly.
Hope you enjoy New York, Kristaps!
Fortunately, Porzingis has the right attitude about it. Go Kristaps!
