Players from the New York Knicks and Houston Rockets stood side-by-side with their arms around each other's shoulders during the national anthem on Tuesday before a preseason game in Houston.
The gesture was a sign of unity during a time many athletes are speaking up about police brutality and racial inequality in a movement sparked by San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick.
